Versatile Living
This semi detached dormer home gives a variety of living options, adaptable enough to accommodate anyone looking for ground floor living but also generous enough for those with a growing family. Available with No Onward Chain, the front of this home looks out onto the pedestrianised path that leads down to the town centre, a quiet and pretty outlook. The front door is located to the side under a handy decked and covered area, which also accesses the detached garage meaning you stay dry when accessing the garage on rainy days. You enter into a hallway which leads to a downstairs shower room, two downstairs bedrooms, one of which is currently being used as a playroom but these rooms would also work well as a separate dining room, snug or office. The living room is spacious and benefits from a log burner, this then leads into the modern shaker style kitchen which has space for a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and American fridge freezer. A conservatory has been added to the side, a great addition which looks out onto the pretty front garden. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, two with built in storage and a family bathroom. The rear garden has recently been landscaped with family living in mind with artificial grass, and steps which lead to a grown up entertaining area. The driveway allows parking for at least two vehicles. This quiet cul de sac location is a short walk away from the town centre and schools. The A48 is a short drive away giving access to the M4.
