We handle everything from advertising, finding you a selection of great tenants to choose from, referencing, setting up a robust occupancy contract and then managing maintenance calls, collecting rent payments, keeping the mandatory checks and certificates up to date, and carrying out those all-important regular property visits. We recommend rent reviews when required, and above all keep you informed how the tenancy is being conducted throughout.

We advertise all our rental properties on Rightmove.co.uk, Zoopla.co.uk and also our own website – we book in a select number of suitable applicants to view the property in person and then come to you with any applicants for you to decide with whom you would like to proceed.
