Available with No Onward Chain. Delightful bungalow in a desirable location.
This semi detached bungalow is located in the village of Undy, just a short walk to Magor square where there is a convenience store, post office, coffee shops, doctors surgery and pharmacy. In need of some modernisation, it has the potential to be a lovely property for a whole range of people from first time buyer to those wishing to downsize. Entering through the hallway to a galley kitchen with serving hatch through to the living/dining space, another hallway leads you to the shower room and bedrooms one and two. Bedroom two has patio doors to the rear garden so is commonly used as a further reception room for dining or hobbies. The pretty garden is a good size with shed and side access to the front of the property, where there is a low maintenance front garden and parking. Call Nathan James to book a viewing.
